  1. Introduction

    Welcome to EduUnify, your all-in-one school management ecosystem. This guide is designed to help you navigate the dashboard and perform daily administrative tasks efficiently.

  2. Getting Started

    1. Logging In

      1. Navigate to eduunify.com/login.
      2. Enter your Email Address and Password.
      3. Click Sign In.

      Note: If you have forgotten your password, hit the Forgot Password button on the login page or contact your school Administrator to trigger a manual system reset.

  3. Student Management

    1. Registering a New Student (User Account Creation)

      1. From the dashboard sidebar menu, click on Students.
      2. Select the Add New User button.
      3. Fill in all required fields: Full Name, Email, and Password. Select "Student" for the assigned system role, tick "I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy", and submit.
      4. Continue filling out the secondary setup steps:
        • Profile Information.
        • Parent/Guardian Contact Details.
        • Academic Section Assignment.
      5. Upload Photo: Click "Choose File" to select a student passport photograph.
      6. Click Finish to complete the process.
    2. Student Data Management

      1. From the sidebar, click on Students.
      2. Click on the Edit (Pencil) Icon inside the action column to view, delete, or edit student scores.
      3. Click on the Action Button toggle to activate or suspend a student's system access.
      4. Click on the Eye Icon or click directly on the student profile image to open and manage their master records.

      Managing Class Lists:

      From the main class table, click on a class name to manage its students, or click on a specific Class Formation block to customize structural subgroups.

      To Add Students to a Class

      • Click on Add Students.
      • Select students from the unassigned list (students without an active class).
      • Click the Add Student button located at the top-right corner of the data table.

      To Remove Students From a Class

      • Click on Remove Students.
      • Select specific names from the active class roll.
      • Click the Remove Student button at the top-right corner of the table.

      Note: Adding and removing students within class formations pulls directly from the general master class, and vice versa.

    3. Recording Student Attendance

      1. From the sidebar navigation layout, select Take Attendance.
      2. Mark each individual record using the appropriate code: P for Present, A for Absent, L for Late, or E for Excused.
      3. Click on Save Daily Attendance to commit records to the database.
      4. To view current metrics, click Attendance within the sidebar to analyze patterns per class or formation.
  4. Financials & Transactions

    1. Creating Student Payable Fees

      1. From the sidebar, open the Finance dashboard.
      2. Complete the configuration fields inside the Setup Fee Structure form and click Create Fee.

      Automation rule: Once generated, all students assigned to that target class inherit the fee item automatically.

    2. Adding Prospectus Breakdowns to Existing Fees

      Once a fee configuration exists, it registers within the Existing Fee Structures side panel view.

      1. Locate your target fee item and click its corresponding Edit (Pencil) Icon.
      2. Complete the Create Prospectus dynamic fields. You can add extra line items or delete unnecessary entries using the inline modifiers.
      3. Click Proceed to finish composition.
    3. Managing Prospectus Layouts

      • View Details: Click the Eye Icon to view the structured prospectus breakdown items.
      • Delete Records: Click the Trash Can Icon, approve the pop-up modal safety warning, and the item will be purged.
    4. Recording School Expenses

      1. From the Finance section workspace, choose Record Expense.
      2. Fill out the Record New Expense processing sheet.
      3. Map the appropriate accounting category, define the total amount spent, type an explicit description, and click Save Expense.
    5. Recording a Payment Received

      1. Navigate explicitly to your core Transactions dashboard panel.
      2. Click on Student Fees.
      3. Filter Rule: If entries do not load immediately, refine your dashboard search parameters using the current academic term and active session filters.
      4. Locate the target student row, select **Payment**, input the transaction values, and accurately assign the billing category (e.g., Tuition, Uniform, or Library Fees).
      5. Click Post Payment to reconcile accounts.
  5. Results Processing

    1. Compiling Academic Report Cards

      1. From the sidebar utility list, select Calc Result.
      2. Select the target class name using the dropdown menu selector.
      3. Refine by Class Formation parameters if you are processing structural subsections.
      4. Click Generate Results to compute engine grades and positions instantly.
  6. Schedules & Communication

    1. Time Table Operations

      1. Click on Timetable to review active daily lesson allocations across all combined grades.
      2. To create schedules, click the Create Table routing link button.
      3. Populate the Assign Timetable Slot form fields with subject, teacher, and room metrics.
      4. Click Save Schedule to lock in the calendar slots.
    2. Notice Board Broadcasts

      1. To issue announcements, go to the Notice Board section.
      2. Draft your subject line and text inside the Create Announcement workspace.
      3. Click Broadcast Notice to instantly deliver updates to user accounts across the school directory.
